Collector and curator of historical fashion
Please join me on Saturday September 10th at ‘Spice it Up’. Here is a special invitation and details about the show!
FUNDRAISER FOR THE UCV REFUGEE FUND
Don’t miss this opportunity to take in this fashion show by Vancouver’s renowned fashion historian, Ivan Sayers, and contribute to a worthy cause at the same time! His models will be showcasing a selection of garments from his personal collection that reflect the influence of world wide cultures on 20th Century western fashion. It is sure to be both informative and entertaining.
Get your tickets soon as the number of attendees will be limited to allow for social distancing. Masking will be required for the fashion show audience.
Bonus: a silent auction, refreshments at intermission, and a fashion accessory sale in Hewett Centre across the courtyard before & after the show and at intermission.
All proceeds from this event will go towards supporting refugees that the Unitarian Church of Vancouver brings to the Lower Mainland through the Canadian Refugee Sponsorship Program.
Bring a friend (or two) for an enjoyable afternoon!
