Great class discussion!

It was wonderful to meet everyone today!  In case you are interested, here are a few of the books that were mentioned in class …..

 “The Handbook of English Clothing in the 19th Century” and “A General History of Fashion” by C. Willett Cunnington and his wife Phillis.  Together the Cunningtons wrote several books which you will find very helpful.

“Corsets and Crinolines” by Norah Waugh.  Norah wrote several other books as well based on her years of historical costume work for the London Central School of Art and the London Theatre Studio.
